The company’s growth has been driven by its specialist expertise in mission-critical infrastructure, delivering complex projects for major clients across multiple European markets including Ireland, UK, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Germany, Italy and Spain.

Maurice Mortell brings over 25 years of experience in the data centre and digital infrastructure sector, both in Ireland and internationally. His expertise spans strategy, organisational structure, people development, market expansion, and sustainability.

Following the recent formalisation of an ambitious five-year growth strategy to build on its current €20 million annual turnover, DECO Engineering has secured over €75 million in project work for delivery within the next 24 months, positioning the business strongly for continued expansion.
